Adaptive Functional Fitness classes are for individuals with physical and visual challenges who want to work in a community to perform constantly varied, high intensity functional movements. All exercises are customized to meet the athltes where he or she is as that day.

Inclusive Functional Fitness classes are for all abilities including those with and without disabilities. Classes focus on functional fitness fundamentals and is more partner and team oriented.

Adaptive and Inclusve Functional Fitness combines the principles and methodology of fitness with modifications and accommodations to meet the unique needs of individuals with disabilities, chronic conditions, or other physical and visual challanges. It focuses on promoting strength, endurance, mobility, and overall fitness while adapting exercises to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all participants.
